All runs are guided by Running Wild professionals. All runs are free! We start each run in the Running Wild parking lot, where there’s lots of open parking. After a brief warmup, we go east over the Sunrise bridge and head south down the newly renovated beach path. Not only do we enjoy the beautiful scenery along Fort Lauderdale beach, we share encouragement, inspiration, and training tips. Locals and visitors welcome!
